Sound asleep next to her dad.......How we love our girls!
One day I was in Denver and knew the animal shelters needed dog food. I stopped at the dog food store and bought a bag of food. I went to the animal shelter and dropped off the food. I thought while I am here, I will just take a look. I walked into the kennel area and about the 7th kennel in, I stopped dead in my tracks. There she stood looking at me with those sad eyes and poor baby was so sick! I bent down and started to pet her. She jumped right into my heart and has never left. Oh, what a love. I adopted her and brought her home. Layla has found her forever home with us. Rescue dogs are the best. Adopt ~ Don't Shop!
Every print I sell in my gallery, a portion of my proceeds will be donated to Animal Rescue.
