Ms. Daisy was cleaning herself here! Yes, she was cleaning her coat with her tongue. Why I took this photograph with my zoom lens was because you can see how powerful and stunning this moose really is! I have never seen anything like it before! Moose are amazing animals. I always remember to give them the space they need and if I feel the least bit unsure about a wild animal I back off and walk away! Moose can be very dangerous animals when felt threatened. Superb capture in its natural habitat. It's quite obvious that the moose doesn't have a clue you are close by. Very rare to catch a moose in such a unique setting. Great job!
